Folios 69-74. Proceedings of the House of Lords upon the Pension Bill. Proposed to commit the Bill. After Long debate thereupon the question was put whether this bill shall be committed, It was resolved in the negative. Arguments in favour of the bill follow. Then the question was put, whether the said bill shall be rejected. It was resolved in the affirmative. Arguments against the rejection of the bill follow.
