Folios 57-58. Minutes of the House of Commons. Ordered that an address be presented to his Majesty to order to be laid before this Hosue the Convention made between his late Majesty and the Landgrave of Hesse Cassell the 12th. of March 1726 at Westminster; that the Commissioner of Trade and Plantation do lay before this House and account of proposals for furnishing this kingdom with Naval Stores from our own Plantations; the establishment of Governors and Governments of the Plantations as they found them when the Board of Trade was first established, the variations since made and also who are the present Governors and when appointed; that an address be presented to his Majesty to order an account of what bullion has been coined since the year 1713 to this time and also to order to be laid before this House copies of all letters wrote to and from the Secretaries of State and representations of merchants relating to the embargo laid last summer on the trading ships at Jamaica.
