Acknowledges his letter, with an extract of Colonel Burgess's to the Duke of Newcastle enclosed, concerning the Marquis of Monteleone's application for the payment of his arrears due upon a cedula on the Asssiento Company. Will prepare a memorial shewing the difficulties of the company and the reasons upon which they have delayed payment of that and other cedulas of the like nature.
