Folios 156-157. Petition of several inhabitants of the parish of St. George the Martyr in Southwark co. Surrey to Newcastle. They complain that the bodies of two malefactors are being hung up in chains in the said parish within thirty yards of the houses and paved streets to the great annoyance and prejudice of the petitioners. They pray that these bodies may be removed to a more convenient place. Twenty one signatures.
