Folios 142-145. Nathaniel Blackerby from House of Lords to Delafaye. Encloses the examination of Elizabeth Doyle who is apprehended for returning from transportation. She alleges she was promised a pardon for bringing to justice four highwaymen. Two men in custody will escape if she is tried and convicted before the promise (if such was ever made) can be carried into execution. The examination referred to.
