Folios 153-154. Note from (Newcastle) to the King. It is proposed if your Majesty approves of it to send a draft of the instrument which the several ministers at Madrid are to sign, to Lord Waldegrave to be approved by the Cardinal, upon the return of which the several copies to be furnished by Mr. Keene may be sent to him together with his full power. This will only occasion a delay of 8 or 10 days, which possibly for other reasons your Majesty may not dislike. The King's answer appended. I have nothing to object to it.
