I presume to send your Majesty, for your Majesty's approbation, the declaration which is proposed by your Majesty's servants, to be sent to and signed by Mr. Poyntz, reciting verbatim the declaration which is to be signed by Monsieur Chauvelin. I shall have the honour to send to your Majesty tomorrow the draft to Mr. Poyntz, as Mr. Walpole will do those to the Cardinal and Monsieur Chauvelin. The King's answer appended. There is nothing to be added or changed in this draft.
