Folio 99. Undated paper in the King's handwriting found with papers of this date, probably an answer to one of Newcastle's notes. I like this dispatch very well, and see nothing that can be added to it, but there should be a letter for Mr. Poyntz. to order him to conform with the French Plenipotentiaries in relation to the protest against the titles that are in the Russian full power.
