Advice being come of the Dutch squadron's having past by the Downs in their way to Portsmouth, her Majesty thought it proper that Sir Charles Wager should repair on board the squadron under his command at Spithead, and he accordingly sets out tomorrow morning. Draft and copy endorsed 'altered'.
