Folios 82-83. South Sea Co. from South Sea House to Newcastle. Memorial. Representing that all the Company's effects have been placed under an embargo at Cartagena by an order from the Court of Spain and that a like order has been sent to other places in the Indies. They have reason to suspect also that the importation of negroes is put under embargo.
