Defendants: Charles Dodd and others.

Amended by order 1850. Plaintiff: Henry Hind Edwards. Defendants: Thomas Grueber, Martha Udall, Thomas Osliffe, Robert Powley, Jemima Shave, Sir Samuel Scott (deleted), Samuel Merriman (deleted), The President Vice Presidents, Treasurers and Governors of the Middlesex Hospital, the President, Vice Presidents, Treasurer and Members of the School for the Indigent Blind, Samuel Richard Bosanquet, the Attorney General, Ann Belvaird (deleted), Thoribond Hall (deleted).

Amended by order 1850. William Tooke, John Ingram Travers added defendants.

Amended by order 1850. Belvaird and Hall struck out.

Amended by order 1854. John Powley added defendant..
