Plaintiffs: Morgan Evans, Jane Mary Evans his wife by John Gwyn Jeffreys her next friend and another.
Defendants: Thomas Evans, Thomas Tyler, Thomas Evans the grandson, Rees Jenkins, Eliza Smith otherwise Elizabeth Smith, William Jenkins Hadland.
Amended by order 1849. Rees Jenkins of Bridgend added defendant.
Amended by order to revive 1853. Morgan Evans at the instance of the above named Thomas Tyler.
Provincial solicitor employed in Glamorganshire.
