Defendants: William Tuck, Joshua Thomas Bedford, Charles Thomas Edwards, Thomas Edwards, William Philip De Gruchy and wife, Revd George De Gruchy, William Lawrence de Gruchy, Philip Henry De Gruchy, Rosalie Chapman, James Edward Chapman, William Chapman.

Amended by order to revive 1853. Charles Thomas Edwards as representatives of Thomas Edwards.

Amended by order 1848. Same plaintiff. Defendants: John Sutton and Robert Peake.

Amended by order 1856. Defendants: William Thomas Bedford and Henry Bedford.

Provincial solicitor employed in Surrey.
