Plaintiffs: Amaziah Empson (since deceased) (deleted) and others, Harriet Slight wife of John Goode Slight by William Weddall (deleted), Charles Bond her next friend.

Defendants: Capel Adey, Richard Bond, Jonathan George Weddall, John Hill (deleted), Robert Weddall, Richard Weddall (deleted), Edward Weddall, Charles Weddall, Attorney General.

Amended by order 1847. Jonathan Hill struck out and Miles Mackeroth added defendant.

Amended by order 1853. John Goode Slight, Thomas Bond, Robert Hick, Henry Bass, Revd William Henry Empson, Arthur John Empson, Edward Dean, Frederick Slight added defendants.
