Amended by order to revive 1847. Same plaintiff. Defendant: William Bailey.

Amended by order 1855. Plaintiffs: Enoch Bailey, Rebecca Bailey his wife, Susan Elizabeth Chichester. Defendants: Rebecca Harness, Joseph Ely Hoole, Betsy Hoole, Jonathan Jacob Hoole, Sarah Ely, Louisa Bailey, William Bailey the son.
