Short title: Hitchcock v Jaques.

Plaintiffs: Sarah Grace Hitchcock (wife of Richard Hitchcock) and others by Henry Atkins (since deceased) their next friend.

Defendants: John Jaques, John Lainson, Richard Hitchcock and Henry Hinton and his wife.
