Plaintiffs: Herbert Davies Evans an infant by Thomas Charles Morris.

Defendants: William Jones Evans, David Herbert Thackeray Griffies Williams, Delme Seymour Davies and wife, Elisabeth Evans, the Honourable Charles James Fox Russell and also Watkin Lewis Griffies Williams, Herbert Vaughan Herbert Rice and Herbert Henry Rice, Anne Evans and John Davies and wife.

Amended by order 1848. Same plaintiff and next friend. Defendant: David Herbert Thackeray Griffies Williams and wife.

Provincial solicitor employed in Carmarthenshire.
