Defendants: Edward Egremont, Thomas Mitchinson Maude, Tottenham Lee, Harriett Charlotte Egremont, Edward Egremont the younger, Louisa Egremont Lee, John Egremont Lee, Tottenham Lee the younger, Jane Crane Lee, Lister Harter Lee and Edward Llyachlyn Lee (deleted) amended to Edward Llewellyn Lee.

Amended by order 1843. Harriett Fraser, Elisabeth Egremont, George Collins Poore, Thomas Bailey and Joseph Baydon Rayner.
