Short title: England v Dottin.

Documents: Bill, four answers, two memorandum, three certificates.

Plaintiffs: Elizabeth England wife of William Henry England and others by Joseph England (deleted) amended to John Philip Hunt, their next friend.

Defendants: William Henry (deleted), Abel Rous Dottin, Thomas Leathes, Stanger Leathes, John Brown, Thomas Henry Jones, Dorathea Jones and Abraham Carlton Cumberbatch and wife (abroad, William Henry England, John Applewhaite Jones and wife, Robert Arthur Arundell and William Henry Burnett Jones and Robert Jones.

Amended by order 1842 Edith Mary Dottina Arundell, Louisa Alice Arundell Aeddan Arundel and Henry Arundell, Henry Jones, Walter Wyndham Burrell, David Richard Morier and Thomas Hankey added defendants.

Amended by order 1843. Same plaintiffs. Defendant: Emily Frances England.
