Short title: De Senger v Waller.

Plaintiffs: Hugo de Senger (deleted), Eliza De Senger his wife and others.

Defendants: George Waller.

Amendments: Amended by order 1876. Plaintiffs: Eliza De Senger by William Charles Galloway her next friend and others. Ellen Vaughan widow, Charles Henry Packer and Hugo De Senger added as defendants. Amended by order 1883. Caroline Waller spinster added as a defendant. Amended by order 1884. Charles Frederick Hore as trustee of indenture of settlement added as a defendant. Amended by order 1897. Richard Murrills Pattisson trustee added as defendant in place of Charles Frederick Hore. Amended by order 1916. Charles Clavell Hore added as a defendant. Amended by order to carry on 1926. Charles Edward Clavell Hore added as a defendant.
