Short title: Bennet v Moore.

Plaintiffs: Jane Bennet infant by Mary Lambe her next friend.

Defendants: Robert Edward Moore, Revd William Poole Bennet and Mary Bennet infant.

Amendments: Amended by order to revive 1875. Susanna Bennett widow (executrix of William Poole Bennett deceased) added as defendant. Amended by order 1876. Plaintiff: Jane Bennet infant by William Burrows Lewis her next friend.
