Short title: In the matter of a leasehold house and premises bequeathed by the will of Sir Harry Dent Goring bart, deceased and situated at 54 Porchester Terrace, formerly Porchester Row, Paddington, Middlesex, commonly known as Bayswater House and now in the occupation of Thomas Jones Gibb. And in the matter of Margaret Goring, Emily Mary Goring, Diana Goring and Henrietta Maria Goring infants.
