Folio 125v: Endorsements to f.124. (i) '340 pigs of lead condemned in June 1668, the shipp was condemned before that time, vizt. in Sept. 1667. 27 Mar. 1669. [Sgd.] Samuel Franklin'; (ii) 'shippe and all the ladinge except the 340 pigs of lead were condemned by definitive sentence in poeam contumaciae 26 Septemb. [i.e. Sept. 26/Oct. 6] 1667'; (iii) 'the 340 piggs of lead were condemned the 20th June 1668 in the presence of the proctor, of George Luders, Margaret Waldero & George Harwell, the claymers - 340 pigs lead ordered to be sould but no sale returned'.
