Folio 62: [?] to 'Monsieur Nipho' [? code-name for Williamson]. News-letter. Bremen affair at end, city has given [burgomaster Statius] Speckham 10,000 écus and done homage. Wrangel with his court left Stade on May, going towards Oldenburg under pretext of huntingtrip, but it appears that it was rather to obtain passage for his troops from prince of Friesland in event of rupture with Holland; English resident [Swann] left some day to join them; he [Swann] had sent a courier to Vienna and, as writer has learned, will go from Oldenburg to Berlin.
