Folio 117. Major-Gen. John Huske, at Newcastle upon Tyne, to [Newcastle], informing him that when the 8 regiments from Flanders arrive there he intends to send one immediately to Berwick on Tweed. Encloses a letter, dated 10 Oct., from Sir John Cope at Berwick, with a copy of an account dated 10 Oct., by William Jackson, an excise officer, who had just returned from Dalkeith, of the latest demands of the rebels, for forwarding to the marquis of Tweeddale.
