Folio 75. John Butler to [Newcastle], enquiring as to whether or not Richard Holmes, who no longer intends to practice as an attorney, but who wishes to remain a coroner and to hold the duke of Norfolk's courts, is still eligible to become a member of the new commission of the peace.
