Folio 146. Report of the Attorney and Solicitor General, Tho. Reeves and J. Willes, stating their opinion that where the incumbent of any benefice in England, the patronage of which does not belong to the Crown, makes a resignation thereof in order to qualify himself to accept a bishopric in Ireland, the Crown has not the right of presenting to such benefice for that turn.
