Description

Folio 117. [Newcastle], from Whitehall, to the Attorney and Solicitor General. Desires their opinion on the question whether the Crown has the same right of presenting for that turn to any benefice void by the promotion of the incumbent to a bishopric in Ireland asto one void by a promotion to a bishopric in England.
