Lowe to Quarles. Contents of letter of 2/9. Financial transactions since then. Asks Quarles to send all the cloth he can in the first fleet and 100 in the second, but to buy no more at present unless good quality and very cheap. Lowe thinks it will be impossible to use the interlopers now because of the bonds required. Hopes fustians arrived and have been sold at a profit. Asks Quarles's opinion of them. All goods expensive in Stade. Exchange rate. Dated at Stade [near Hamburg].
