Lowe to Quarles. Still has received no letters from Quarles. Part of fleet has arrived, but fleet was scattered in a mist on Easter Day. Now an east wind and remainder of fleet has probably returned to Harwich. If Lowe knew exactly what was in ships could probably sell in advance. Is sure cloth will sell quickly and hopes Quarles will send 250 or more in next fleet. Had Quarles instructed him what to buy, he might by now have goods to sell - as it is, thinks best opportunity to buy now past as prices very high - details. Exchange rate. Dated at Stade [near Hamburg].
