Copy of a writ of capias dated 12 Feb. 1586 on behalf of Timothy Kendall and John Shephard against John Vernon of Sudbury, co. Derby, Henry Vernon of Stokesay, co. Salop and Nicholas Buck of Clardon, co. Warwick for a recognisance of £210 with notes thatthe writ has been executed, notes of sums owed to Kendall by Henry Vernon and an order to the Sherift of co. Salop to stay the return of the writ.
