(i) Royal order to [blank], sheriffs in hac parte, setting out details of the preceding suit [cf. f.99]. Since, even if the arbitrators' decision has now been inserted, the document is invalid, the defenders, who possess the relevant evidences or who have 'fraudfullie put the same away', are to be summoned to appear before the lords of council and session on 22 January, bringing with them the 'submission' and the decree arbitral, if one exists.
