Documents concerning legal proceedings: Robert and Duncan Kirkwood against Andrew Kirkwood, Elizabeth [née Leischman] widow of [another] Duncan Kirkwood, and her children James, Euphemia (Eufame) and Marian. (ff. 92-95): Fragment of a further document concerning the case. The pursuers, through their procurator, repeated their charges. Houper for the defenders raised objections. [No apparent conclusion reached]. Marginal notes [in different hand] ? giving further submissions by the procurator for the defenders.
