Rejoinder of Katherine Presland to the replication of John Presland. The plaintiff does not deny that Richard Presland died seised of the property in question, and that after his death it descended to Randolph Preslande, 'now verye tennante of the frehold'. Katherine, who has no title, cannot legally answer to the plaintiff's surmised title'.
