View of account of fines taxed and assessed within Wales and the Marches. Receiver: John Booth; Lord President: Henry [Herbert, 2nd] earl of Pembroke. Marginal note opposite first clause: 'The auditor of the County of Salop is appointedto take this account, as well by her Majesty's letters of 14 May 1601 as by her Majesty's late instructions of 12 June 1601'. (Form of document almost exactly that of SP 46/3/6). Marginal notes [? by auditor or his clerk] passim referring to royal instructions, an earlier version of those extracted in SP 46/3/7.
