Documents concerning suit by William Sheldon, Richard Price and others against Thomas Smith and others. (5, ff. 1-14): (i) Bill or replication of William Sheldon, esq., Thomas Smith [who claims waste land belonging to plaintiff], Thomas Huncks of Radbrook, Glos., esq., William Buston alias Braunt of Lark Stoke, Glos., yeoman, John Pratt of 'Cheavy in Cambden', Glos., draper, Roger Crosse of Campden, yeoman and others stole thorns and intended bodily harm to him. 6 April 1553 or later. (ii) Letter from Council in Marches to above defendants to appear 20 April. Copy [? by] John Evans. 10 April 1553
