Order of the Council in the Marches in case between George Ireland and Elizabeth his wife, plaintiffs, and Alice Daniell, defendant. Hugh Bewcoll, 'one of the attorneys of this court', Robert Heyfild, servant of plaintiffs, and defendant appeared personally. Dispute concerned with tithe corn of town of 'Dersbury'. Plaintiffs are to enjoy this without interference. Defendant to pay 6s. 8d. arrears of rent. Followed by: Notes (in different hands): 1. 'Exr P John Evans'. 2. 'Cop. Jn. Evans'. Dated at Ludlow.
