Bill of inhabitants of lordships of 'Kery and Kewen' [elsewhere 'Kedewen'] in the Marches of Wales. Serious disorders, e.g. cattle-stealing, in district. Inhabitants have paid for 'reformation of charters', but there has been no general pardon or 'troth' since beginning of reign to indemnify them for having to 'buy back' cattle stolen from them or lose their livelihood. They are prepared to pay for a new charter. Torn.
