Depositions on behalf of Richard Price [Rees ap Rees] before Rees ap Gwyllim and Richard Blike, commissioners. a) Howell ap David of Llandegley. Defendant, the constable, told witness to follow him in King's name. Plaintiff was armed and abusive to defendant who, with bailiff, arrested him and others and took him to houses of two justices of the peace, neither of whom was at home. b) Rees ap Morys of Llanbadarn. Saw one of plaintiff's servants attack one of opposite party. Plaintiff resisted arrest and abused defendant and bailiff, who took him 'towards the gaol'. c) William Taylor of Llanfihangel Rhydithon. Says 'in every point like' Rees ap Morys. ?Signed by (signatures probably copied) Rees ap Gwyllim, Richard Blike.
