Further depositions: a) David ap Meredith of Llandegley. Was ditching about a quarter of a mile away. Saw no disturbance, but Rees ap Rees arrested plaintiff and his servants. ?Signed by (signatures probably copied) Rees ap Gwyllim, Richard Blike. b) Meredith ap ?Evor of Llandegley. Saw Rees ap Rees going to house of Lewis ap Jevan Dee on day concerned. Knows nothing more. c) Bede[win] Coch of Llanfihangel Cefnllys. Plaintiff told him that he expected James Price to prevent him from ploughing disputed land. Later saw plaintiff and defendants armed in front of the oxen. Witness and Edward ap Meredith parted them peaceably. d) John ap Rees ap Llewellyn [?Gwyllim] of Cefnllys. Saw Rees ap Rees and others drive away oxen and arrest plaintiff and servants. Rees ap Rees ordered witness to bring servants of his brother [?James Price or ap Rees] to him.
