Depositions: a) David ap Jevanap Madocke of Cefnllys. Saw Lewis ap Jevan Dee and John Price, with piked staff and bill, standing before plaintiff's plough [on disputed ground], and several defendants driving off his cattle and arresting his servants. Heard Rees ap Rees charge them to keep the peace. b) Griff ap Rees of Llandbadarn. Was with John ap David, bailiff of Cefnllys hundred, when saw affray and heard Rees ap Rees charge parties to keep peace. All went to find a justice of the peace. c) David ap Henry of Old Radnor. Was holding plaintiff's plough when two of defendants, armed, approached. Plaintiff warned them off 'his land'. During affray later in day defendants assaulted witness, and Rees ap Rees committed him to Radnor gaol. Signed by Rees ap Gwyllim, Richard Blike.
