Presentment before John Bassett, John Bradshawe, senr. and John Bradshawe, junr. Parishioners [see ff.1-10] from two parishes concerned present evidence about the oxen. Ten oxen and nine cows [? valued at] £11, and 'rent thereof for ? two] years' at £35. Signed by Bassett as particular surveyor in South Wales. Endorsement: dated Shrewsbury 9 June [1550] Richard Powell for plaintiff and John ap Jevan Lloyd and David ap Rees Dee appeared. Hearing for 'final ordering' of matters 1 July. Costs of defendants to be considered. Signed by Ro. Townshend, Jo. Prise. Copy.
