Richard Powell, gent., attorney for plaintiff, and two (above) representatives of defendants appeared. Hearing postponed until 4 March. Signed by Ro. Townshend, J.Pakington, [?G.] Willoughby. 2. n.d. [March]. Powell and the two defendants appeared. Hearing postponed until 6 June, when costs of defendants occasioned by delay will be considered. Signed by Ro. Townshend, J.Pakington.
