Description

Power of attorney granted by defendants to John ap Jevan Lloyd and David ap Rees Dee to answer for them. Two endorsements: 1.dated Ludlow 20 January 1550. Richard Powell, gent., attorney for plaintiff, and two (above) representatives of defendants appeared. Hearing postponed until 4 March. Signed by Ro. Townshend, J.Pakington, [?G.] Willoughby. 2. n.d. [March]. Powell and the two defendants appeared. Hearing postponed until 6 June, when costs of defendants occasioned by delay will be considered. Signed by Ro. Townshend, J.Pakington. Followed by: 'Newton 2 copies'.
