Replication of Rees ap Gwyllim, esq. to answers of Edward ap Meredith, David ap Rees Dee 'and others'. Parishioners from both parishes [see ff.3, 6] swore at survey of chantries in Rad. that profits from cattle in question were to be used to support a priest in each parish. Endorsement: dated Ludlow 10 December 1549. Plaintiff and eight defendants (named) appeared. Plaintiff to appear again before the Council in the Marches 14 January with warrant from John Bassett to sue defendants, and copy of presentment. Two defendants to come to represent others. Signed by Ro. Townshend, R.Hassell.
