Bill of Rees ap Gwyllim of Elvael, Rad., esq. to the Council in the Marches. Cattle concerned were 'given to the finding' of two priests in parishes of Llanfaredd and Llanelwedd. Following recent survey of chantries, etc. in Rad. John Bassett, surveyor, ordered plaintiff to seize cattle. List of parishioners who refuse to hand over oxen and/or sheep. Endorsement: dated Ludlow 25 November 1550. Letter to defendants to deliver cattle to plaintiff or appear 3 December on pain of £100 fine. Signed by Ro. Townshend, Adam Mytton.
