Bill of David ap Rees and Jevan ap Jevan of Rut. to Council in Marches. Rees ap Gwyllim, plaintiff against them in earlier suit before the Council, has not appeared before the Court of Augmentations at date ordered by the Council in the Marches. Endorsement: dated Ludlow 5 November 1550. Letter to ap Rees ap Gwyllim to appear and answer 24 November on pain of £100 fine. Signed by James Croft.
