Orders and payments made in connection with the three months assessment commencing 24 June 1660, of which Sir Thomas Player, Chamberlain of the City of London, is Receiver-general: Order of House of Commons authorizing 6% interest to be paid on the £20,000 advanced for his Majesty's reception; 21 July 1660. Passed by the Lords; 31 July 1660. Receipt for £386 5s. interest, of Edward Backwell; 8 Nov. 1660. [pp.15-16] In Calendar of State Papers, Domestic, Charles II, Addenda, 1660-1685.
