Warrant of the Committee for raising money for Scottish Affairs to the Treasurers at Goldsmiths Hall, after reciting that the Countess Dowager of Home is willing to lend £7300 on the security of certain persons [named] for which the Scottish Commissioners in London will provide an acquittance as part of the money ordered by Parliament for the Scottish Army in Ireland, to repay the £7300 on dates specified. Enclosed: The bonds of the sureties. The acquittance of the Scottish Commissioners. Receipt of Robert Inglis for part of the money. Parchment.
