Examination of members of the crew of the ship Report, on board the Swiftsure, following the collision between the Report and the frigate Ruby, on 17 January 1654, which resulted in the sinking of the former. Statements made by Henry Harll, mate, Thomas Robinson, gunner, Peter Hawkins, boatswain, and Henry Goffe, carpenter, and sworn before Fowler, Judge Advocate of the Fleet.
