Petition of John Daniell addressed to the Chancellor, Sir Christopher Hatton. Process has been had in the Exchequer at Chester in his dispute with George Ireland concerning the tithes of Daresbury, contrary to an inhibition granted him by the Court of Delegates, and his servant has been imprisoned. Asks for writs of certiorari and subpoena to be directed to the Vice-Chamberlain of Chester and others.
